Your voucher and its offer

These terms cover the Daeho voucher service and its verification, optional coupon reminders and separately chosen promotions. The participating location, benefit, eligible items, purchase requirements, claim deadline and redemption dates displayed on your postcard or digital voucher form part of your offer.

For the Dublin meal-kit offer, receive one eligible appetizer at Daeho Dublin with a Kalbijjim purchase on your next visit. The eligible appetizer and dates must be set before the offer opens. Other campaigns may have different benefits and requirements; follow the details on your own voucher.

Claiming and redeeming

Register through your campaign’s shared QR, or claim an activated unique postcard before its deadline. Dublin shared-QR registration accepts an email address or mobile number without a verification code or customer account. It allows one voucher per entered contact for that campaign, subject to the displayed offer and available quantity. Contact details are not verified and do not prove that someone is a unique person. Where another campaign requires contact verification, use a contact you can access and enter the code sent to it. Each unique postcard may be claimed once. If a paid meal-kit order is required, provide its complete order number; one voucher is allowed per eligible order and staff must verify the original paid order receipt before redemption.

Show your digital voucher to staff before paying. Meet the purchase and location requirements shown on it. One voucher may be used per POS check, and each voucher may be redeemed once. The voucher system records redemption; staff apply the benefit separately at the POS.

All offer dates use Pacific Time. Your voucher keeps the benefit and redemption dates recorded when it was issued. Test or sample vouchers have no redemption value. This promotional voucher is not a purchased gift card and cannot be exchanged for cash.

A shared campaign QR is public. Keep a unique postcard QR and your personal voucher link secure. Someone with the link may be able to access the voucher. If you lose it or believe it has been used without permission, contact Daeho with the postcard or order reference.

Writing a review is voluntary and is not required to claim or use a voucher.

For Dublin shared-QR registration without verification, enter the same email address or mobile number on the same campaign page to reopen your existing voucher, even if you close your browser or use another device. This does not issue another voucher or reset its used or expired status. Anyone who knows the registered contact details can reopen the voucher; contact entry is not proof of ownership. Redemption requires staff approval. You can also save the voucher link. We do not send a confirmation email or text, and this registration does not enroll you in reminders.

Verification messages

When you choose text or email verification and check the verification consent box, you request a one-time Daeho security code at that contact. A further message is sent only if you request another code, subject to limits. Verification consent does not enroll you in coupon reminders or other promotions.

Message and data rates may apply. For text-message help, reply HELP or email marketing@daehodininggroup.com. To stop text messages, reply STOP to the sending number. You can also contact us for assistance. Stopping texts may prevent further text verification; use email verification when offered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Optional coupon-expiration reminders

The separate, unchecked reminder box is your choice to receive up to two automated Daeho reminders about the expiration of this voucher, by the channel you verify. They may be sent around seven days and one day before expiration while the voucher remains unused. Delivery and timing are not guaranteed; you remain responsible for using your voucher before its deadline.

You can receive the voucher without opting in. Reminder consent is not a condition of purchase and does not authorize unrelated marketing. No more than two expiration reminders are authorized by this choice for this voucher.

Message and data rates may apply. For SMS reminders, reply STOP to stop Daeho coupon reminder texts, or HELP for help. For email reminders, use the unsubscribe link. You can also stop reminders for this voucher using notification preferences on its private voucher page or contact marketing@daehodininggroup.com. Stopping reminders does not cancel the voucher.

Questions and changes

For voucher, message or privacy assistance, contact marketing@daehodininggroup.com. Include the voucher code or postcard number where possible, but do not send a verification code.

An updated version may apply to future registrations. We record the version accepted for your voucher. A new policy does not expand your existing messaging consent.

Optional Daeho promotions

A separate, unchecked promotions box lets you choose promotional emails or recurring automated promotional text messages from Daeho Dining Group at the email address or mobile number you provide. The choice covers Daeho offers, events and menu news through that selected channel only. Message frequency varies. Checking the box and submitting the form records your electronic agreement to the displayed disclosure. Only provide your own contact details.

Promotions are optional and are not a condition of purchase, claiming or redeeming a voucher. Accepting voucher terms, providing a contact, requesting verification or choosing expiration reminders does not itself authorize promotions. Existing customers are not automatically enrolled by a policy update. Finding a voucher does not change your choices unless you separately and expressly opt in to promotions.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a promotional text to opt out or HELP for help. Use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email to stop emails. You may also ask to stop or request help at marketing@daehodininggroup.com, or ask staff for assistance. Withdrawal applies to promotions at that contact across Daeho voucher campaigns and does not cancel your voucher.

Dublin contact details are not verified during registration. Recording a choice does not verify who controls the contact or guarantee delivery. The voucher site currently records choices only; promotional messaging will begin only after Daeho sets up its sending service and the applicable consent, recipient and unsubscribe controls. Promotional consent is separate from voucher-expiration reminders.
