DAEHO VOUCHER SERVICE
Privacy Notice
September 12, 2026 · Version 2026-09-12.3
Notice at collection
This notice describes information used by the Daeho Dining Group voucher service. It covers voucher pages and the staff voucher workspace, rather than every Daeho website, restaurant service or ordering platform.
Identifiers: the mobile number or email you enter, verification status, and voucher or postcard identifiers. We use these to issue, find and manage a voucher and prevent duplicate use. Dublin shared-QR contact details are collected without verification. Re-entering the same contact details can reveal the associated voucher and its current use status to anyone who knows those details. Other campaigns may require contact verification. If you opt in separately, Daeho Dining Group also uses the selected contact to send its promotions.
Offer and transaction activity: campaign, eligible benefit, dates, claim and redemption status, order or POS check references entered by staff, and the staff actions associated with those records. We use these to apply offer conditions, reconcile redemptions and report campaign activity.
Message choices and consent evidence: selected channel and contact, accepted policy version, the exact wording shown, choice, source and timestamp. We use these to document your choices, honor withdrawals and send only the reminders or Daeho promotions you separately choose. A contact entered without verification remains unverified after opting in.
Technical data: request and security information used by the hosting and delivery services. The voucher application hashes IP addresses for rate limiting. Hosting providers may process IP addresses and request logs to operate and secure the site. A staff login uses identity information supplied by the hosting sign-in service. For registration without verification, your browser temporarily stores a random request receipt and a hash of the registration details in session storage. The server stores a hash of the receipt to retry your own registration safely without issuing a duplicate voucher.
The voucher application does not ask for your payment card number. Do not send us your verification code.
Who receives information
Authorized Daeho staff can access voucher contact details, consent records and operational reports, including exports. Access is restricted to approved staff accounts.
We use service providers for hosting, data storage, authentication and message delivery, including Sites hosting infrastructure and, when enabled, Twilio and SendGrid. They receive the information needed to perform those services, such as the destination contact and message details.
This voucher service does not sell contact information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Service providers may process them only to support the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect the service and its users.
Retention and security
Voucher and transaction records are retained while needed to administer the offer, resolve support requests, reconcile redemptions and meet applicable accounting, security and legal obligations. Consent and withdrawal evidence is retained as needed to document and honor your messaging choices. Retention depends on the record and its purpose.
Verification sessions expire within ten minutes. Temporary session records are removed during later verification activity once they have been expired for at least 24 hours. Consent evidence is retained separately. The application does not store the verification code.
Staff access restrictions, private voucher links and verification limits help protect the service. Keep your voucher link private. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
Coupon reminders are optional. You can decline them and still receive the voucher. Stop reminders for this voucher on its private voucher page, use the unsubscribe method in a reminder, or contact us. Your voucher remains valid after you stop reminders.
For access, correction or deletion requests about your voucher information, contact marketing@daehodininggroup.com, or ask staff at the participating restaurant for help submitting a request. We may need to verify that the record belongs to you. We may retain information when needed to complete the voucher transaction, document your choices, protect against misuse or meet legal obligations.
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to know or access, correct, delete or limit certain uses of personal information, and to exercise applicable rights without unlawful discrimination. This service does not use contact information for unrelated marketing without a separate choice.
Promotions are optional. You can decline them and still receive or use a voucher. To withdraw, use the unsubscribe method in a promotion, email marketing@daehodininggroup.com, or ask Daeho staff. We record the withdrawal for that contact across voucher campaigns. A reminder opt-in does not authorize promotions.
Updates and contact
Daeho Dining Group is the operator identified for this voucher service. For questions about this notice or your choices, contact marketing@daehodininggroup.com.
The date and version above identify this notice. We keep the policy version associated with a consent event. Materially different message purposes require a new opt-in; a privacy notice update is not a new messaging consent.
